Default Article Indexing on Google

I published a unique version of an article (different from the one on my website) on ezinearticles first, and then to 3 other top article directories and each has a different title.

Now if I google for my article title on google, the one on ezinearticles appears. however, if i google for the title of the one posted on goarticles.com or the one on articlesbase.com then my articles don't appear on google.

Does that mean they have not been indexed? it's been almost a month.
* I did not spin the article.

I thought duplicate content is fine as long as it's not on the same website. Looks like I was mislead.
Now I am positive to spin an article, read proof the versions, then submit them to different directories.

The reason why the submitted articles on the above mentioned directories appear in Google pages is because of their faster and more frequent indexing and crawling rates which result in faster pages inclusions online. Such article directories are accessed by the Googlebot tens of times a day even in some cases and naturally, when you submit new stories to such portals, and the same copies on your own website, Google might assume that they hold the original copies.

Perhaps the better idea would be adding fresh contents to your website on a constant basis, resulting in faster crawling and indexing online. Haven't you ever wondered why some blogs are found online with their fresh contents getting crawled and indexed by Google almost instantly, within a few minutes? Their admins have been keeping them updated constantly. Always try to publish original and unique contents on your website which will result in better results.

Bermuda, The article I submitted to the top 5 article directories was unique and different from the one I have on my website.

I cannot add more content to my website because it is talking about a disease, and I covered everything about it in 4 articles.
