eCPM fluctuation, how it works exactly?

Hello warriors,

This is a total noob question, so sorry to bother; I've been using InfoLinks on my site for like a week now, and I see eCPM fluctuates each day - A LOT! That's almost ridiculous...

Some day it can be $0.10, and the day after $7.82. What's strange is that my traffic is constant, and always from the same source; 90% of my visitors are from the US!

Can you please tell me how exactly eCPM does work, or point me somewhere so I can learn myself?
