Default Should i include post tags in wp posts or not

hello guys i have two questions i wanted to ask as i am not that good in SEO, Do you suggest to include tags in WordPress posts and if you do do you also include Post tags and categories in sitemap as it will actually duplicate pages ??

It can definitely be good for SEO. Especially if they are LSI relative to your post's primary keyword phrase

It will only duplicate pages if your theme allows it. A well written, SEO savvy theme, that resolves posts & pages correctly with canonical URL tags, will not create duplicate content.

By the way, although it can create other issues relative to which of your site's pages get indexed, there is no "duplicate content penalty" when the content that's duplicated is on your own site. Google themselves have long ago debunked this myth > Official Google Webmaster Central Blog: Demystifying the "duplicate content penalty"

Proper use of canonical tags in the header will take care of duplicate pages (post/tag), still you don't want 7 pages with identical content.

Careful with outdated articles, little things change all the time with seo (just saying).
