Advice for buying a website to get SEO traffic?

Hi, folks,

I am an affiliate. My business model is to get the emails of my visitors to do follow up. Now I need to get organic traffic from Google.

I am not interested in writing the whole website all by myself. I need your advice on this kind of service that is offered in the section "Complete website for sale". If you have any recommendations, I'd love to take.

sitepoint sells and auctions established website. complete website but no pr, good amount of backlinks and search engine traffic, is cheap. If it has pr or high pr, check if the pr is valid. the age of the site also matter, buying expensive beautiful domain because it has one word and relevant to your niche is not worthy anyomore, unless you want to create an empire. if youre planning for email tactics, social media is recomended. Imagine youve done all the hardworks of backlinks just to rank in search engine to gather emails.
