hey, I am finding myself repurposing content (spinning) content and there are pieces with 1200 words. I would like to have written 3 smaller pieces at 400 words each as opposed to 1 1200 word one... I know its good for SEO to have different lengths of articles in your page, but is there a way to take advantage of the time and split the post in a smart way? how can I make this go hand in hand with SEO, is there a way to do this? how would I title it etc. I dont know if its better for SEO to split, I would like to find a way and reason why so that I can make more use of my 45 minutes per 1200 word article. THANKS!! <3 |

In my experience a long (1200 word) article is a lot more effective than a smaller one (granted the quality is top notch). If you had to split it I would split no more than half (average 600 words each). I have not heard the same length articles are worse for SEO than different length. Personally I don't think this matters. |

Your spinning content so I'm not sure how that's working out for you as far as quality. Anyway... When you split something like a 1200 word article into multiple pages what's important is:
That internal linking is very important for seo & traffic, obviously use different keyword anchor-text per page & keep it themed. |
