Hello, i have several new sites that are under one month old, currently with 2-4 articles on each, and I need to get these sites up to 40-50 articles (i have noticed all of my competitors have this many articles indexed) my question is this, would google potentially penalize my site for adding content too fast. I do understand that the content MUST be unique, and needs to be quality content. I do not have a problem producing that. So, if i can produce 30-40 articles in one day and post them to my site at the same time, would Google see this as a red flag, once again, i will use unique content and it will be at least 600 words long and will not be stuffed with keywords. The content will also be on different broad subjects such as, criminal law, personal injury law, corporate law, etc. I appreciate any feedback. |

In my experience, google likes to see a site grow over time. I always use wordpress and have noticed that what works best for me to have all of the content created and then schedule them to autopost one per day or one every other day.

"TAKE ACTION" is the first thing everyone tells you and then they leave it at that. I'll add a second part: TRACK EVERYTHING" - It's the only way to ensure your ACTION leads to results.

I think your question was answered with the only response that was for sure which is that you will not be penalized. However I do believe you wont rank quicker posting that way. I believe the magic number from what I have heard is that a post every 3 days looks favorable in Google eyes, no proof to back it up tho. |

Nope. You won't get penalized, you can post them all at once or schedule them one by one. I've done both and personally I haven't noticed any difference in ranking the sites.

i think that is better to post those articles over time, so google will have feeling that your site is regulary updated and will send spiders to crawl your site more often

The way I see it is that is you're looking to get steady traffic from your organic rankings. So I don't see any point in rushing it. I would do what the others suggested and upload the content to your site and then schedule them for every few days. From there, I would take note of the url pages that will be posted, the dates of them and the keywords the post is targeting. Put them onto a spreadsheet. Google Docs or openoffice. Something like those. With that, you can have the articles scheduled and then you'll know when the next post is going to publish, so you can create more content to use for your backlinking once they're published. Sort of just planning your tasks well in advance. Quote:
