adsense for picture site

my picture site banned, but why site like 9gag still alive for adsense, and having good renevue?! what I missing at..???

and there's no keyword for picture site, then suppose no ad will appear, am I right? or they have technique..

I'm also not much known to that but I think that they are working with adsense bcz of there name and age with google..for some big sites like engadget and all they never get banned for keywords like hack..free ware...cracked and all but the small ones get penalized...this is what i noticed and shared here..for more i too will keep an eye over this post..
