Can anyone shed any light on this question. Optimum Number of keywords to use on a blog post? Please can you quantify your answer with an explanation as I am trying to gain a insight before embarking on this part of my SEO campaign. Thanks in advance |

I usually do 2% keyword density. So if you have a post with 500 hundred words you will have 10 keywords scattered around the post. 10/500 = 2% |

I generally market for 1 main keyword but sprinkle in 3-4 LSI keywords (variations of the main keyword). I then ensure the main keyword is in the header/title, in the first paragraph, and the last paragraph with maybe one more occurrence in the whole article. Everywhere else I sprinkle in the other keywords that are related.

"TAKE ACTION" is the first thing everyone tells you and then they leave it at that. I'll add a second part: TRACK EVERYTHING" - It's the only way to ensure your ACTION leads to results.
