Steps in Selling a Website

Is there a website that explains the step-by-step process in selling a website. I don't mean the pre-sale part, I mean, what happens after the sale is done.

What are the necessary steps to be taken after the sale is complete.

1. How do you transfer the ALL the cpanel files over to the other person's host, etc...

2. How do you transfer the domain over?

3. Can scripts/wordpress themes/wordpress plugins , are they all transferable? ... ie, as long as I send them the wordpress theme zip files etc..would that work?

4. what other things am I missing? thanks , I want to sell my first website, but I am unsure what to do after the sale is completed.

Also, if you use escrow, how does it work ?
Buyer pays, and then seller transfer over domain? is it 100% full proof for the seller, ie... no chargeback from buyer, etc..

Make sure you change your passwords too.

Using Escrow avoids the nasty Paypal chargeback issues, yes. It takes longer and costs more, but it's safer. Buyer pays, seller transfers the site. Buyer inspects, and OK's it. Seller gets paid.
