Rank Tracker (Link Assistant) issues

Hey everybody,

I'm currently using Rank Tracker for the ranking of my websites but I found several issues since some weeks with the reporting:

- Rank Tracker only checks the positions of my keywords one by one (instead 5 by 5 some weeks ago - it can take more than 2/3 hours to calculate the positions of 2000kw). In addition, after +/- 150kw, I need to renew my IP address because my Internet connection is blocked.

- Also the connection with the AdWords Keyword Tools seems blocked, in order to find the keyword volume (with a AW Keyword Tools account).

I don't have a proxy and I'm working in Belgium !

Get yourself some private proxies, or make it easier and sign up
for a rank tracker.

I used to screw around with Market Samurai, practically pulling my
hair out trying to get that crap to work properly. The files kept
becoming corrupted. Heck, I even emailed in to MS support and you
wouldn't believe their response. "Market Samurai wasn't created to
handle large projects." Oh, thanks for letting me know when I bought it!

Clearly you are someone that's having the same difficulty. Go for some
of the popular paid rank trackers that automate the process. These include
Serpfox, SEScout & Authority Labs (least recommended).

Serpfox & SEScout are the cheapest alternatives and are a huge time-saver...

He is talking about SEO Powersuite's Rank Tracker.

Agreed w/Rev. You are going to need proxies to check that many rankings w/Rank Tracker. SeScout is definitely a timesaver as well, but it is not as accurate and goes down regularly.

Mike, I'm well aware of what he's using.

I was providing insight into using a similar type of program
to monitor my rankings and the horrible experiences I had.
Why waste time and energy updating and monitoring rankings
yourself when there are cheap alternatives that can save you a
ton of time and energy?
