Any recommendations on a free site analizer

Bit of a newbie here. I was wondering if there was a decent piece of software or website that will scan my site and see if it is as SEO as physically possible? I use website grader, but it seems lacking and these places always seem to be pushing their $ignup$. Its a bit like a dodgy mechanic..."it needs this, but what you really need is this".
