Adwords Quality Score Update / Reset ?

Some of my landing pages don't have the keyword in the title. If I change the title to include the keyword does Google Adwords automatically pick this up and re-calculate my Quality Score, or is it better/faster to re-create the ad so the updates quicker or maybe even resets?

I've got about 5,000 keywords. On average 5 keywords are relevant per landing page. Most of the landing pages are dynamically created as the site is e-commerce. It is unrealistic, and frankly stupid, to spend the time to build say, 500 landing pages for groups of keywords that are only generating very minor traffic compared to the other keywords.

As a result, we made a code change to dynamically insert the keyword into the page title. A 5 minute code modification. This is based on the fact that keyword in the domain is one of the highest on-page ranking factors for Google SERPS. I would assume Adwords using similar on-page relevancy criteria (you have pointed most of them out above). So dynamically inserting the keyword into the title if it is not a static hand-coded landing page seems like an easy way to improve quality score for some keywords.

I'm just wondering how long it takes for Adwords to update Quality Score calculation regarding landing page modifications?
