What the hell are High Quality backlinks?

I am working as freelancer. And for last couple of weeks the seo jobs on the different websites are stated like that:

High Quality backlink are required
No Forum Posts/signatures
No Profile Links
No Web 2.0 sites
No Social Bookmarking
No Article Submission
No blog commenting
No Press Release submission
No Angela Paul Sites

Can any body please tell me that What Kind of backlinks Employers are referring too thanks.

The only type of backlink that it not on that list is contextual backlinks from an authoritative blog or website. So that would be my guess. Although the other sources still have their benefits.

web 2.0 sites do provide contextual backlinks!!!! But some people think web 2.0 backlinks are not as valuable because they can be spammed <---- a myth .... web 2.0 sites can be spammed. But each new subdomain is considered to be a brand new site to google. Which means they can carry decent authority if created and backlinked in a natural manner.

But still, it looks like this guy believes that web 2.0 backlinks are low quality.

Guest blogging is probably the easiest way to get some quality 'natural' backlinks without having fork out cash and relying on other people spreading your content. Blog commenting is still strong - if you do it with the right attitude.

If someone posted those requirements, I'd first ask what kind of links they DO want. Although they may have had a bad experience with previous providers.

I think you are right. I remember a while ago a client asked me for high quality links and when i send him some Angela paul links. He was ok with those links

If they truly know what they're talking about, I'd guess it means contextual anchored links from relevant content, hopefully on pages with some decent PR.

yeah but thats hard to get without paying the webmasters or having to build new blogs/websites right?

Simple. They mean they want you to give them links on real pages with real content and preferably with PR. Believe it or not that s pretty standard for business SEO. this forum profile stuff is mostly an IM thing now.

People here pay for SEnukeX at $149 a month which approaches $2,000 per year. If you have tht kind of cash not its not hard. You just give the webmaster thats giving you good authority links instead of Senukex which is giving you crappy links. You can easily build your own nice portfolio of domains with PR too for that cash which is why I continue to say SenukeX and others like it are a complete waste of money for anyone besides a service provider.

Well I would say to install SEOquake and find high PR sites that you can add your profile to and add some unique content on those sites with anchor text pointing back to your money page. Also you can search for blog networks...legit ones...that allow you to place your link on other high quality blogs.

They referring to Blogroll links or anchor links on actual pages with PR1+ in the advertising area or something like that.

That's the kind of backlinks they are looking for.

2. PR 2 and above
3. Latest cached and indexed
4. No Adsense
5. No Adult or vulgar Links

forum spamming is not for traffic, its for link juice...
