Is there a way to target certain races besides what kind of things they may be interested in on Facebook?

Not really. The best way is to narrow it down by location and interests, but ethnicity isn't an option with FB. Good luck.

Other than basic demographics like male, female, age etc you are better off not targeting races as things are changing and you may be missing out on opportunities. You should be able to do some basis testing to narrow down your target audience. I have seen my share of speculation, so just test and you will see the light no matter what the pools ethnicity is.
