Need advice for: Adsense + Wordpress + Foreign Language

Hi I thought I could improve my Foreign Language skills by translating my existing articles from English to that language on my wordpress website, so please advice me:

1. Will OK/average level non-English articles still be able to earn through adsense? I mean Adsense can not tell the expertise in the language right?

2. How do I integrate the non-English articles into my Wordpress site not to confuse my main English readers? Is there some way to make a language selection on Wordpress?
