I have a friend and we build websites together. I want to make some Adsense sites and I was wondering if and how we could create a shared Adsense account. Does Google have any problems with a "business" or company Adsense acct?

Set it up as a business with a business tax ID, otherwise with a personal account one of you (not both) is 100% responsible for all the tax that will have to be paid on earnings. I see your in Romania, I have no idea about your tax laws. |

As far as a joint adsense account for two basic users, I don't think there is such a thing because it would open up a lot of exploits for duplicate accounts.

I'd do like yukon said, maybe set up an LLC or an equivalent entity and designate you and your friend as the members or shareholders and use 1 tax ID number.
