How to Maintain the PR, bought domain with PR?

I recently bought domain with PR in order to be used through authority link network, what do you guys suggest in order to main the PR? It's only PR 3 and 4.

According to my experience , SMO is the best way to target customers and viewers . If one succeed in getting attention of the public , then it will automatically increases the traffic and popularity .

Do people even read posts before they comment?

I don't know the answer, but I know there are some things you need to do. There are a few threads around here that discuss this. I'd be careful about moving hosting, and URL structure, etc.

You will certainly want to get with someone who has some experience with this kind of thing.

You can build links for the site from some of your other sites or directories etc.

Use SEO technology like off page and on page optimization and also work on SMO.

Hi Irsan,

Wow, so far, no one replying to your post seems to have a clue, with the exception of packerfan.

When you purchase a domain that has previously earned PR for the homepage, there is one thing you must do to preserve the link juice flowing to your domain's homepage. You must maintain the previous URL structure. In the event you are unable, or for some reason it is impractical to maintain the previous URL structure, you should put in place Permanent 301 redirects, from the old URLs to the new one(s).

If you are using a Wordpress script, get a plugin that will redirect missing pages to the homepage. You may find that the PR actually increases in some circumstances.

Finally, beware when purchasing domains for the PR, some will immediately lose the PR due to the seller pulling the backlinks that fueled that PR.

dburk & Packerfan have you on the right track. In addition you can use the link sales and exchange forum here and do three way links with others to build up or maintain PR.

Link building is one of the most important and effective method to get good page rank, but it is not an easy method if you go wrong you have to pay for it and your ranking can drop.
