Is there a way to preview what keywords Adwords will target?

Can you get Adwords to tell you what search results it will target for you for its modified broad match tool?

For example, say you're a plastic surgeon in Boston and you use the keyword (+plastic +surgery +Boston). What type of keywords will Adwords target in this case?

try google suggestions. Like enter a search term in google . see the suggestions. those are the related keywords n most probably they are gonna be the target
