Crawling Error or Website is Messed Up?

I tried searching for a new website of mine to see if it's indexed or not.

I searched the domain in quotes on Google like this: "www.mywebsite.com"

Usually when I search one of my sites it brings up my website title, domain url, and description.

But now my website shows up as "Index of /" as the title. The domain url is there. But the description is a bunch of coding "index / apache / cibin blah blah"

Should I just wait for Google to crawl it again to fix it or do I have to fix anything on the back end. I'm using All in one SEO to create my titles and description. Could that be the Problem?
