Does 301 Redirect Like Tinyurl Pass Link Juice?

If I post my tinyurl link to lets say a pr7 page using a tinyurl will the PR juice pass to my site?

If in fact it is a 301, then yes.

Of course it's always better to roll your own and leave no doubt.

Note: a shortened link may still be nofollow

301's do pass link juice. The amount of "juice" is slightly diminished but it still passes around 80-90% (of course noone but Google knows how much exactly).
