Possible to get another adsense account?

About 6 months ago my adsense account was disabled because of "illegal" click activity. I had purchased a wso here in the forum and many, many of us had our adsense accounts disabled because of that.

That being said, is there any way to get a new adsense account? I opened one in my husband's name but they disabled that because I put the ads on a site that had previously been used in the account that was banned.

Not having an adsense account is hindering my abilities in promoting affiliate products from the google affiliate network.

Looking for suggestions.

Register a business in your city or town. Get a bank account in that business name.
Then register adsense in that business name and address(try not to make it the same address)

People do this all the time. In fact many do it before ever getting banned by adsense, just for peace of mind in case it ever happens
