SEI juice question

Hello, i'm new here so not sure if this is the right post.
I have a question:
Suppose i use different techniques to build my backlinks (article marketing, social networks, directories, etc...):
I also have different websites that points to one bigger website (with keywords/anchor text)

The question is: if i use all the stuff you are mentioning here to increase backlinks, can the SEO juice go through another website in a different country (for example a European country)
I explain better:
I have 1 wordpress blog (EU country language, suppose spanish) where all the mass flows (it's created via wordpress . com)
This site points to the main site with the relevant keyword

Should this juice flow (mass >> wp >> main site) coming from USA stuff (Article base, Ezine Articles etc...), pass and go through the spanish site?
In other words; can the target spanish site get the SEO juice generated from USA?
