Default Ever have a rediculous single CPC?

My sites always average under $1 per click, but I just had one for over $10. Should I be happy or worried?

Yeah it's happened to me. I remember my first days of adsense when I was making around $0.50 a day I had one click that was $5. Now my average cpc is around $0.40 but I get clicks that are around $10.

Depends on the niche because there are ads that are targeting another keyword that could be closely related to yours. My site that got that $10 click is on a keyword with a cpc according to GKT around $1.50 but it's in the health niche so there's also related ads that payout much higher.

If you set the right precautions and strategies into your PPC campaign these high CPC should not occur.

I think you guys confused my point, I got the $10+ click for an adsense ad on my site, not for an adwords ad. So this was a good thing. Just shocked that it was about 20 times my normal CPC.

I have a site on online stock trading and often get clicks for $5+. It's not that uncommon if you are in a very competitive niche but of course those niches are a lot harder to get traffic from.

How many $100-$400/month websites do you want?

I think I had a few $5 dollar clicks one time. Other times it would be $3...
