Ranking dropped, why ?

Last day my ranking for all my keywords dropped, It is the 2nd time within 2 months it happened. I would like to ask why this happened. Is it normal behavior ?I'm confused......plz help me

Try and build quality links and also add fresh content on your site but remember it must be original.

My domain is about 1 year old and used profile backlinks. I was standing 5th place from last 6 months.This is the second time when this happened with my site.

I haven't did social bookmarking, I am good fan of profile backlinks, these links still give the results for low competitive niche.

Maybe your competitors did something? It would be a good idea to check and see what's different about their sites.

But as keyword position is not only matter for the backlinks get through the targeted keyword , but also the thing is to provide the relevant and useful content with that. And it also matters that how much your content be found by your keyword and how much traffic you get for that content. So now try to get the keyword position again with providing the best content and if possible then make use of social media with targeting the keyword for which you want the high ranking.

When you get good position in search engine then you should work hard more then before because stay on top it hard then get top position in search engine.

This is happening to me too. Eventually your site will stick once it has some age.

If you are doing all other activities well then it could be due to Google dance, do not worry too much.

Just because of following reasons.... 1. Change in the Search Engine Ranking Algorithm
2. Loss of PageRank/Link Popularity
3. Malware or Hacking
4. Penalty
5. Canonicalization Problems
6. Broken links
7. Server Problems
8. robots.txt Issues
9. Duplicate Content
