looking for seo experts

i do seo for my homepage for 4 month but my homepage isn't go to 1-100 page of google but it's my other url instead to increase to serp for this kw.(that i don't do seo for this url) .and a week ago my url is went to nowhere and my homepage went to 11th position. it last for a week and my homepage went to nowhere again and my other url (same url that i mention earlier) come to 11 position instead of my homepage. What is this phenomenon?
