I hate the new google analytics but it keeps switching to it and I have to keep switching back!!! Where the heck do you find the old visitor trending info like absolute page views, bounce rate, and time on site on the new analytics? I hate when companies try to 'improve' things!!!! ![]() ![]() |

| Yea I also love this. The layout takes a bit of getting used to, but I found after a few days I got around to it. Just give it some time. No one like change. It's like when Facebook keep updating their look, after a week or so you forget what the old layout used to look like. Real time is very cool though. |

| Real time feature in GA: standard GA is showing data with a delay of about 1 day this new feature is showing how many people are visiting your site at this very moment. Google Analytics is good, but it has some disadvantages. There are times when I prefer GetClicky and on few of my sites I'm using both. |

| Yeah, I'm with you on that. It was amazing seeing what other people were doing. I wish they had a function to see what items and what places the visitor's eyes looks at the most on the pages. I know there are programs out there but it would be cool if Google offered that as a free feature. |

GA always had same day results. You just had to change the date to include today. Duh! ![]() If you want to know real traffic on your site, check out what I do on all my sites: traffic example Look at the bottom right, you can see active users and also the count of browsers with a window open to the site. I also log all traffic to a database and have a real time page that shows all my traffic details, page views, params sent, unique ips, totals broken out by day, etc. Can't share that page with you though ![]() GA helps a lot too and I hate the changes! |

yeah I was kinda like...this new layout blows...at first. Then as I got used to finding where all the new stuff and features are...I like it better. The new interface loads much faster than the old one. It's like when they update adobe products...ugh...sometimes they move or completely delete functions that were there previously.

Well, the realtime stats are awesome, atleast now we can focus on the peek time of our website and the resource that delivers the traffic and rest of the REAL stuff.
