Traffic from google

I am getting low traffic from google? what should i do to get good traffic from google to my site?

Untill you have PR for your website , you cant think for that...but there is an another way too..try searching for those keywords which have less competition and make pages on them which can rank in top 10 of google ...that is the only way to get traffic from google..bcz only a little percent flows to 2nd or 3rd page so just try to get placed in top 10..

thanks for the tips. but how can i find ;ess competition keywords?

optimize your website relevant keywords and you will start getting the traffic from the google.

Try the Google Adwords Keyword Tool.

The Google Keyword Tool is indeed great, but you must also evaluate the competition that a particular keyword brings. Check the PR and backlinks of the top sites to see how difficult it would be to rank.

you are absolutely right but I too said that you must rank in top 10...than only he can get the traffic...I only want to give a symbolization of ranking on the first page..(I too believe that PR has nothing to do with ranking on SERP)
