Warriors please advice me about my website

I have this website..."www learnearning dot com" which is 2 months old.
I really want to run this website..And I am trying my level best....
But still I am alone so I need your advice in order to run it properly....
It can be related to anything..Looks, SEO, Size, How to Promote it.etc....
So Please Help me out

It's an empty forum. You need to get more members. That's your main purpose if you're to have any success.

Hmmm I am doing it.....I have got some backlinks from freelancers on fiverr which is helping a lot to me....In last 7 hours I got 19 members (It was exceptional i believe)
I have hired some people to posts there regularly.......

Yes I know But I think that slowly it is filling as I have hired freelancer to post there.....Can you give me any idea that how many members and posts I can get initially.

Basically I am doing 2 things to promote my site now:-
1. I got backlinks (PR2 and more also I got some EDU backlinks to come in competition)
2. I have hired freelancer to post regularly in my forum so that the forum gets some content for which google can list it.

I want it to be listed in google on the top.
Help me out with some ideas which can help me to promote it.....

Nice work getting the forum going. The template colours and layout look professional and the forum icons are very cool too. The only thing I would change is the header, which looks a bit cheesy. I think you could add a lot of value with a stronger header design.

Traffic will be coming over time, it does not happen overnight. I saw you have 15 persons online now, that´s great for a 2 months old site. Just keep on building traffic - build backlinks, submit site to directories, submit RSS to RSS directories, join bloggging communities etc.

The hardest part is monetizing, once you have to figure out if to sell banners or use Adsense or do something else.

Hmmmm I will do my best..... And the 15 members are due to backlinking that I got and some fresh content which gives me 1st page on google for some particular keyword.
Currently my blog JU$T Learn...... H0W T0 EARN!!! has got PR1 and it is giving me excellent traffic results from the date it got PR1.
I was amazed to see that my new posts are on first page of google witin 2-5 minutes....

That´s really great to hear, just keep up this work and figure out how to monetize the site.
