Default Newbie Crossroads - Quality of Content

So I started getting in SEO about a month ago.. up until now I was reading and designing my template blog I would use to set up my niches and now I've come to a cross roads I'm not sure about:

Should my content be quality AKA pay people money to create quality content for me and "risk" my money? or should I create spinned/translated or any other permutation of that sort of content? or should it be a combination of the two?
or - other?

a word from an experienced warrior would really help me!

If I understand the question correctly:

Rank high for main keyword -> Traffic -> CTR

I think it's in your best interest to NEVER post spun content to your own website, for both SEO and user experience reasons.

If you think your writing skills are OK, then do it yourself.

Finding a decent writer can take a lot of time along with trial and error. Sure there's plenty of writing services, but in general, you get what you pay for.

i would suggest you to risk your money because spinned content is good for bots but for real traffic you need "quality" stuff that you can avail from an experienced content writer.

Good quality content is never a waste of money. You must do your keyword research very thoroughly first. You can test keywords by putting up content on other people's websites (like hubpages for example) to test it out. Anyway, spun content is fine for websites that pass link juice to yours, but never on a money site, especially one that you intend to keep for a long time.

Like others have said, use spun content on sites that are linking to your main site to get the SEO benefit. As for your main site, Quality Quality Quality! You wouldn't believe how much it helps to have completely unique, coherent and well thought out content on your money page.

It builds more respect, authority and an overall better experience for the visitor. It's also the only way you'll get them to share it with social media and return in the future.

"TAKE ACTION" is the first thing everyone tells you and then they leave it at that. I'll add a second part: TRACK EVERYTHING" - It's the only way to ensure your ACTION leads to results.
