I've been doing alot more keyword research lately and I wanted to find out what is the best way to look at the numbers that come up in the google keyword tool. What is the best ranking for a keyword? Low, medium or high? Low monthly search result with high competition or Low monthly keyword search result with low competition? Is there a way to really narrow down what exactly to look for in doing this research? Thanks Mitch |

This is completely irrelevant to what you are wanting to do. When it comes to ranking, you're just looking at advertisement competition? That is a bit pointless. Evaluate those in the SERPs if you want accurate competition. A keyword with high competition will typically have a higher CPC. For terms of ranking, the adwords tool is a bit useless.
