Fantasy case: you only have 1 hour to improve your existing website. Which would you choose (only 1 choice)?

- study your statistics (like analytics)

It really depends on a lot of factors, but the one I'd most go with is making blog comments. Other ways of link building is going to not even make an effect but making blog comments on a god spot on high traffic blogs will give me a lot of instant traffic.

Create a single product, upload & host on a new page, update the niche forum that I don't own to let them know I just posted a new free file.

Instant 2-3k traffic...

Spend the extra 30min. watching "The Office".

I will choose do keywords research .
In the short time and get the best result is focus on onsite SEO which minor changes will help you lot .
So check the keywords and place it in quality content and with high density . It help you to rank with the keywords well.
With most of tools , you can analyze the keywords in the short time. And most of time is do spend on change the content of the page.
