Out Rank Youtube Links

After several keyword researches i have found many keywords easy to rank with over 5000 local monthly search,

the problem is youtube links are ranked 1# in google for these keywords
(Example: i love lamp)

Any idea how to out rank them ? is it easy or hard ?

Literally it not hard at all because Google will more like to support YouTube Videos than typical websites . so you can able to outrank all of them by building some quality backlinks to your pages.

What if i did full SEO optimzation for (i love lamp) keyword and getting an exact match domain for it,

do backlink still needed ? if yes how many do you think i need ?

You can still do backlink to increase your chances for ranking high with the keyword.

If you want to outrank youtube pages you can also create youtube video and build some backlinks. Problem with youtube is that it belongs to Google and big G prefere very often their own products / sites.

I think that even if a YouTube video is ranked 1 and you are the first non-video result you'll get a lot of clicks, it depends how relevant video is to the search. if someone is searching for a 'car chase' then video is obviously of more interest than a website page, but if they are about to buy a particular brand of camera then they are going to be more inclined to go for a website - despite all the promise about videos making sales for this kind of thing.

If video is relevant, then you should look at outperforming the top video, backlinks to your video are the key here (forget views and comments) ... that's a tip worth a fortune

It's easy.

Even Wikipedia is not hard.

Build quality backlinks and also upload your own videos on youtube. Just give google a reason to put your site on the top

I would take a look at the video you want to outrank. Often it is not hard to do. So you can post your own video on YouTube, submit RSS feeds, do some bookmarking... And depending on the keyword phrase you could quickly see results.

But to stay on the first page - you will need backlinks.
