Question about SEO Pressor

I bought today the "SEO Pressor" but I find it hard to reach 100%. In my first article, I got 94.44% and 2.82% keyword density. What is the acceptable percentage for SEO?

I see so much SEO Presser spam on all of my WordPress website's forms... but ya forest is right.
