You may use Link Research Tool, it is a very powerful service, but it is paid. Plus you can get acquainted with AdGooRoo, Linkdex, Majestic SEO, Who Links To Me, Site Map Generator etc.

Nothing special like yahoo site explorer, I checked open site explorer and it is quite interesting but anybody knows open site explorer follows which search engine because i checked one directory link that is uncached in Google. |

Market Samurai and BackLinkWatch.com are the two best, in my opinion. There's also SEMRush.com, but you can only check 10 URLs a day there without signing up to the site. Lots of good information there, though.

As well as yahoo site explorer I have also used Backlink Watch [.]com If you have a little bit of money, definately recommend market samurai. |
