PPC Management Platform

I've been shopping for a new PPC management platform for agency use. We have a couple big accounts that utilize Google and Bing/Yahoo, so we need a platform that will cater to both.

Ideally, we want something that helps to streamline campaign editing and overall reporting. Some of things qualities we're targeting include:

The ability to copy ads from related Google to Bing campaigns without having to log-in to both accounts.
Bid management capabilities that allow for systematic or automated max CPC adjustments based on performance/budget/rank/etc.
Efficient reporting capabilities that allow for multiple users (even clients) to log in and see whats going on.

We currently use ClickSweeper, which is not the most efficient. We also crossed WordStream off our list. Now looking into Marin Software - and judging by the initial "tour video" it looks pretty sweet.

Any valuable input is much appreciated.
