How to test for a Google slap

Can somebody please assist me.

I have noticed a sudden decrease in my Antique Jewellery website rankings across all my important keywords. I recently started outsourcing SEO for the first time and am wondering if some bad work has been done. How do I check why I have been slapped and how do I remedy it?

Unfortunately, there is no tool that can tell you exactly why you have been slapped. You should revise the actions you took on your website and try understand how Google perceived them. I would also suggest you to read about the Panda updates, seems everything these days is somehow relates to it.
