Wanted: Someone who can find me quality 1 way links

I am looking for someone who can find me quality links from flower/floral/wedding related sites with PR2+ located in the U.S. These would need to be one way links and would be even better if they were content links as a guest blogger. I'm open to options that you might have.

1. Proven experience doing this
2. How many links you think you can get me (must be targeted to my niche)
3. How long it will take you
4. How much you will charge

Because I need these links to stay, I want to work out a payment arrangement. 1/3 of cost upfront, 1/3 of cost when done and 1/3 after two months. If I like the work done, I will have more projects related to this.

I am willing to spend $$$ range for the right situation. I'm not looking for blog comments or someone who is going to use a software to add a bunch of links! I am expecting that you may have to contact some site owners directly. This is a fairly new site and looking for quantity vs quality.

Permanent Quality links only on niche related sites? - minimum $50 per link

Not a problem. but the second third is due on each link when each link is posted not when they all are done.

Hi Mike, thanks for your response. Was looking for experience getting links. It's important for me to have a project done correctly. I want to rank in the top 3 for about 5 different keywords. I know it can take time. Can you PM me real quick with your process for getting these links. Such as contacting each individual site to be a guest blogger? or something else. And also how you would prefer to do payment seeing that you would charge by the link?

Well for the benefit of all and the forums I will answer that here. Basically you have to locate and negotiate those links. This is real SEO work and not done at the push of a button. You have to make contact and win trust. Some contacts will want content but usually the situation will require some links back to the blog owner in a three way deal. Having High PR domains thats not an issue for me. If you wanted to do it faster to be quite frank you would negotiate price in some occasions. Now google hates that but the facts are many professional SEos do just that and for very reputable sites too.

Theres some other ins and outs that make the process a bit easier and you mix in some other things but that I wouldn't get into either by PM or here.

I should have added that it also really depends on the quality of your own site because if its not up to par then it makes the whole thing harder. As it is on the basis of a quality site you can many times negotiate a link with nothing in return but that the webmaster likes it and it relates to his interests.
