Lost my ranking in Google +lost 50% of my visitor

I used to have 8000 visitor/day and know I only have 4000 visitor/day the problem start after I decided to use VBSEO (a week ago) Google stop indexing the new pages and also does not change the old indexed pages to the new one except for few pages, I did 301 redirect

this is my site what should I do

You have said that you have applied permanent redirect, if that is it, then you will again start having visitors when your new redirect is indexed with Google. It is also possible that your new redirect is not capable of having same position is Google like you were having before.

It usually happens when you severely change the HTML Coding of a page.

For e.g. introducing Ad HTML Codes or Changing the Template/Layout of a page.

Don't worry, with time and with unique content updates, Google will rank you for the keyword again.
