Best Social WP Plugins

Hey all,

I manage my own blog about music news and it's going to be my first time integrating social media into my marketing.

So I was thinking of adding buttons on the sidebar, "Follow us on Twitter" and "Like us on Facebook", that would allow my users to follow me and like me directly from the website. Is there a WP plugin that does exactly this? I've been looking into it, and there are so many and I felt like posting here to get the best suggestions.

Also, I would like to integrate social media into my posts as well (maybe another plugin?) that would allow users to "Share" my content. For example, it will allow them to share the link to their facebook profiles, or allow them to tweet about the post with the link as well (bit.ly integrated) in their twitter account.

I use sociable for my posts...gives you 7-8 buttons for users at the bottom of the post, really easy to install

Digg Digg is my choice, it support a menu bar static float on the page.

I don't really like the Digg Digg plugin. I will look into the Sociable one.

As for the facebook like widget, I got the plugin itself from facebook, so all I need for my sidebar now is a "Follow us on Twitter" button. Any ideas?
