If I want to make a WOW site, what type of structure?

I want to make a WOW website, (knocks your socks off design) for a new specialty commodity site I own.

I guess I will have a professional design company , do the layout and graphics because that is way beyond me and I can get the work done cheap here in the Philippines.

Problem is that will take a few months to finish the design layoout etc

I want to start backlinking and throwing up pages, etc , though, now, I dont want to wait

what is the best way to approach this, as far as what type of structure to throw on the site that can be later tailored to the fancy design?

Perhaps I should ask this question to the design company

Funny when searching for a web design company
I just quickly look at THEIR website
which to me should showcase their talents right?

amazing how many website design companies websites are poorly designed, or amateurishly designed

I figure, if you cant design YOUR site well, which is your centerpiece Showcase
then that tells me you are not that innovative

Is that wordpress? or html design?

If I could make my site look wow like that I would be happy

Certainly doable with Wordpress. Have a look on themeforest.com at WP themes. There's loads of great ones. A lot cheaper than paying someone to build it from the ground up.

Ya I looked at the source code and its mostly css this, css that
so its wordpress I would think

not sure how to do the
changing photos thing but it should not be that complicated

a lot of the themes have built-in widgets that make all the rotating images and fancy stuff easy to do.
