Arrow More Than One Wordpress SEO Plugin?

I just start my 1st wordpress blog or site and kind of confused about this SEO plugin..

1. Is it okay or not to use more than one SEO plugin in one blog or site that have similar function?

2. If we used more more than one SEO plugin, how can this effect our SEO or ranking?

i'd very much appreciate any opinion or a solution that might help.

Thanks in advance!

Multiple seo plugins that do the same or similar things will cause conflicts. Use just one.

I use Wordpress SEO by yoast. It's free and it's like 4 plugins in one, takes care of XML sitemaps, breadcrumbs, page titles, descriptions, redirects and more. There's paid plugins that don't it as good.

And generally, using more plugins than you need will affect performance of your site. Performance/Speed is an search engine factor.

Thoose 1 and stick with it. What I would suggest is install one at a time and test out what you like and dont like. De activate it and install another one, rinse and repeat.

Headspace is very popular along with yoast.

Having too many of any sort of plugin that overlaps with another one can cause issues. Trust me I found out the hard way

I also use a plug-in Easy WP SEO along with All in One SEO. This tool is awesome in that it checks each page/post for 23 different on-page SEO optimized features - makes it really easy to make sure each page is fully optimized. Cheap solution.

I use Yoast WordPress SEO, great plugin. But I don't use its on-page analysis, for that I use Easy WP SEO. It does a lot more than Yoast.

There is no any benefit using more seo plugins which will do the same job. If you activate more plugins it will slow down your site. I use seo ultimate plugin and quite happy with it.

I don't waste my time with any SEO plugins. They don't help. Test it and see for yourself.
