Can I Do This with Adsense? If so...how?

You know how in Wordpress, when you insert an image using their default image tool and add a caption the system wraps the picture in a light blue frame?

Would it be possible to create a style for a div that is a bright yellow frame into which you drop you 300x250 Adsense block?

The idea is to have a tin yellow frame around the ad block in order to draw eyes to the ad. Or is this an Adsense no-no?

Also, what CSS would you use to style this?
