Does Anyone Know If There Are SEO Benefits On Google For Using Adsense?

I was thinking about this the other day... does Google give SEO benefits to websites using Adsense? Of course, it would make perfect sense for them to do this for obvious reasons... Better rankings to Adsense websites = More Traffic = More $$$, but I was wondering if anyone here had any specific knowledge on this, or just consistently noticed better rankings for websites with Adsense on them. Anyone know?

it gives benefits in knowing whether keywords are converting before you spend the time and money trying to get there organically! thats the best part about it and I have done it quite a few times myself.

No. You are forgetting that adwords makes them more money than adsense. They would rather you click the links to the side, charge more and share nothing than give you a boost in the serps just because you have adsense on your site.

If anything I feel it has the opposite effect. I think most of the time however this is due more to the fact that adsense sites are generally thin niche sites with little content and laser keyword targeted.

I'm not saying there aren't quality authority adsense sites out there, just that they aren't as common.
