Backinks on a Budget?

Hey all,

So i really want to use Build My Rank, but the price hurts me. The thing is, i am on a really tight budget, with a wife and baby. Do you guys have any backlink suggestions that can be done for free? I have a monthly drip feed going that sends 100 links a day to my aites but those are supplemental at best. Thanks!

You can try doing tublr backlinks. Create a tumblr account (use the keyword that you want to target), forward it to your domain name. And click the "love" button..more like the "like" button on facebook. Then you will have a backlink to your site.

install onlywire wp plugin on your site and bookmark your content, look around for automated tools [hint: look at my signature], stumble your content, keep posting on forums; if you're a war room member,look for link building free guides; there are lots of strategies out there that won't cost nothing but your time. I am working on a very low budget. Practically close to zero actually. You can try out the free traffic system although most blogs are pr 0 but i do use it. Also you can try out a free article submitter like Ahsubmitter. It's free and makes your work somewhat easier.

1. Create articles, spyntax them and submit to various article directories.
2. Create blogs for these articles on blogger and wordpress.com
3. Prepare podcasts with the seed article and submit to podcast directories
4. Make video slides with the seed article and submit to doc share sites with correct keywords

Sign up for as many free blogs as you can like livejournal, tumblr, wordpress, blogger, squidoo. Add content to these sites and use them to back link your main one. Do like 4 - 5 posts on each one and make them content relevant and nice to read.

try to use onlywire in your website, it can help you to get back-links to your website. as you are on a tight budget, i will recommend you to go for manual link building, that way you can save your money.

Use Google Alerts, and create an alert for a few keywords related to your site (choose blogs and forums). Each time you get an alert, go there and engage - you can get a comment or forum post with your link, if you play your cards well. Completely free!

Entering the unknown of dodgy scrapebox crap links that you may be sandboxed for. I would not do this.

Well you can do all backlinking manually, but it's a really terious process, but still do-able.

If you are willing to, you can write one article per day, spin it the other day and then submit the spun versions of the articles to article directories and web 2.0 sites like Squidoo, Hubpages, Wetpaint, Tumblr, etc. I recommend you spin to a good level so you get more value from your links.

You can also do blog commenting on your own. If you don't have money for Scrapebox, you can still find good blogs to comment on by using search operators, such as "your keyword" "leave a comment" or something like that. There's a ton of free information on WF on how to you them properly.

You can then submit to the blogs. Make sure your comment is on topic of the post, I would first read the post itself and only then write a relevant comment evaluating the article.

What kind of links are getting right now (the 100 supplemental links a day you mentioned)?

Are those profile backlinks, or blog comments, or something else?
