Hi all, I did a little bit of research for seo hosting who give you the opportunity to assign each website a different C-class IP. If I have 45 websites, I will have to pay up to $210 per month. It's - in my opinion - too expensive. Is there any other possibility to manage all of my websites from one control panel AND assign every website a different C-CLASS IP. What do you recommend me to do if I want to get as much websites as possible on a different IP. Thanks in advance for your help.. |

Shared IP SEO Hosting might be an option for you. You still get access to 45 IP's but drastically lower the price from SEO hosting using dedicated IP's.

I would recommend you go for VPS SEO hosting. WHM allows you to control your IP and to which website you would like to assign.

| KKchoon is wrong. A standard VPS provider is not going to give you any quantity of Class C IPs. You and he are confusing separate IPs with class C Ips. For SEO hosting you want seperate Class C IPs not just separate IPs

Mike do you know if Skynet uses dedicated or shared IP SEO Hosting? They don't seem to indicate either way so I'd have to guess they only offer shared. Please confirm if you know, thanks.

| For the most part I would say shared. Not as good as dedicated but does address the issue of interlinking on your own sites.

Some of the so called "SEO Hosting" companies are constantly on G's target, so be aware that even with 40 different C-Classes you can get "caught" fast. That said, I prefer shared hosting in multiple companies worldwide, with a evolving network and hundreds of different niche/market websites. Last year we had less then 100, now we're crossing new limits, and next year we'll be the proud owners of even more websites (maybe 100 more). And NO, we don't accept customers beside our PT ones. |

Google cannot tell any business that they should not promote their own sites on their own pages. A SEO network is very similar. Granted there are a variety of qualities to SEO networks. Some are junk and have nothing but junk spun content but some are nothing more than businesse owned by a single entity. I can point you to a major Job site and another insurance company that interlinks from its various divisions and those cause it to rank. The divisions are sufficiently big that they are on separate servers and class C Ips. You merely assume that the sites are all garbage with spun content. they are not all setup that way. Now if Google does things a certain way and then does it themselves and if the top companies do the same why shouldn't anyone emulate what works and not skip it just because Google does different than it states should be done. ANY link that is placed on a site to another on the basis of a financial incentive is a bought and therefore manipulated link. Saying big businesses that have partnerships can do it but no one else can hardly makes it shady or bad. It just makes it hypocritical. If you take away ANY link by which there is ANY financial incentive behind it there is probably not a site on the net that would not have at least one taken away.

| Good point. So do I. Much prefer shared hosting and keep alot of my sites on that. SEO hosting in general has a really bad track record on reliable hosting

I don't advocate keeping your money sites on anything less than shared hosting. SEO hosts are purely for creating mini-sites to boost your money sites. I have my sites spread across a dedicated server, a handful of shared/VPS hosting accounts (Hostgator, Dreamhost, and, Bluehost) and keep my private networks on a couple different shared hosts (B and C Class IPs). If I were you I would worry more about uptime for your money sites rather than what IPs they are on. |

The best SEO hosting is aseohosting.com. They have active 24 hour support and their pricing is affordable. Highly recommended. |

However, if you are lucky enough to make it right the first time, their network still relatively stable and recommended - only that you have to pay a bit more as compared to other hosting company.
