Lightbulb Should I scale this campaign or not?

I have 1 campaign that I'm paying 0.75$ CPM and my CTR is 1% and the offer is for 30 day trial and I get paid only for premium users that paying for the service and I get back 40$ for each premium user.

so my calculation are these:

0.75$ CPM

100,000 Impressions

cost of 100,000 Impression - 75$

CTR=1%

100,000 Impressions = 1,000 Clicks

Conversion Rate From Clicks To Free Users 10%

1,000 Clicks = 100 Free Users

The Affiliate manager of that Offer said that the conversion rate of that offer from free users to premium users is about 3.5%.

100 free users = 3.5 premium users

3 Premium users = 120$

120$ - 75$ = 45$ Revenue

The problem here is that I don't know if the affiliate manager is right about his data of 3.5% conversion, and if I should i trust him now, and paying 200$ on that traffic or wait 30 days until I see my data?
