I have been designing and developing websites

This was the first time I wanted to get into seo as well

Following is one website that I did

Can any one tell me if I am doing anything wrong with it see on page seo stuff please.

The website was ranking in its first two weeks but now its completely out of index.

I know about fluctuations in ranking, google dance, honeynoon period etc.

But why is completely out of index

Please clarify coz I dont want to get depressed. I need info from experts

I am based in the UK and just did a search at google.co.uk for site:zantevillas.org.uk and there are 13 pages indexed.

You're probably just 'dancing' at the moment. Hang in there!

You haven't completed your meta description for the sub pages though. Need to do that.

If you're getting into SEO as you say, you need to learn how to check that a site is in Google's index, or not.
Or perhaps you're just looking for some 'expert' SEO advice, in which case, why don't you just ask for it?

Write exceptional content and build relationships with people.

These days, people on the Internet are smarter than ever. We must know more than just website design. And we must stop thinking about profiting from our websites -- focus on things that build momentum of your business. Do things others don't: talk to your clients and people who love your info. Write articles that change people's way of thinking and help them grow, or at the very least learn something they didn't know about. If you do this, they will bring their friends to you, too. Don't rely on organic traffic alone that may never increase (and most likely won't).
