Optimum use of an Article

Many webmasters have told that article submission is the best way to get backlinks and effective method of link building. But, I have seen in many sites that from article submission websites are getting very few backlinks. Can anyone SEO expert here to tell me that how can I make an optimum use of my article? And kindly, tell me that what are its importance?

make sure the article you are posting has idle no. of keywords and its is accepted in the site you are posting, under moderation or rejected article won't going to help .

Article submission is a way to create back links back to your page, but it's not the best way. The best way to generate back links is to create great content that people want to link to. Then your job is done. You don't have to do anything other than to write great content (that answers people's questions, entertains them or educates them).

Best way: Give people a reason to share your content.

It's not an easy way!

Let's take CNN for example. Did they ever do any article submissions? Of course not, people who like their stories share them with friends on Facebook and from their websites.

Let's take Adobe.com. Type "click here" into Google... and you will see that #1 result is adobe.com. That's simply because they have so many links with anchor text = "click here". See where I am going with this?

Let people naturally "describe" your site by having them explain what your page is about to others. They do this by putting keywords into anchor text of their links.

All you have to do is to create content that matters. Create articles that teach people, or solve specific problems.
