How To Make Money with Squidoo - Tutorial and Video!

I have been reading a lot lately about the Panda update and how it's killed artilce marketing and many of the web 2.0 properties. This may be true for some, but Squidoo is alive and thriving. I get a lot of "you still messing around with that mess?" when I talk about making money with Squidoo. The bottom line is it works.

Below is a video I made a few months ago of taking a lens from creation to page one in a week. Keep reading below video for an outline of how to make this work for you.

To do this is easy but for good results it might take about 2 hours per lens.

1. Conduct your keyword research and find your niche keywords
2. Build your lense and soley focus on on just that keyword or phrase.
3. Place keywords in headline, text titles and subtitles.
4. Put your keyword in the first 50 words in the first part of your lens.
5. Use no fewer than 4 text modules and have a least 500 words of text on the lens in total. the more the better.
6. Backlink to your lens using your keyword/s in your anchor text.
7. You can buy backlinks or use article marketing get them yourself. But I HIGHLY reccomend Unique Article Wizard (UAW). It the service I use in the video and use it rank every one of my lenses to the first page. Best service if used right. See video above.
8. Repeat, Repeat and Repeat some more. Most of lense only make about $10 to $13 per month from the Squidoo's rev share and then some commissions from amazon for lense that I have amazon stuff on. So it is possible to make 5 lenses per week. Aftere a few months that really adds up. It really is a numbers game. Nothing quick here but this formula works.

Awesome share. A lot of people discard the methods that aren't sexy or popular anymore without any real reason other than they heard it doesn't work anymore. Ezinearticles is another one.

Not to sound like a "smart arse" but as many as it takes. I use the The Best Spinner (TBS) and make high quality manual spun artilces to at least 60% unique and that gives me 100's of articles to load into UAW. I keep loading articles until my lenses hit page one above the fold. Then I periodically go back and load more and ru-run old ones once I see my lens' traffic start dropping off.

As in the case with my cordless tools reviews lens. It sat at #4 for quite a few months and it has dropped to #10. So I have re-run some of the older articles and have some new ones loaded up, that should move it back up. That was a demo lens so I havn't really maintained it but it is actually making some decent money so I'll have start taking better care of it.

Panda update killed article marketing? What? I'm not sure any google update will kill article marketing. Articles...if done right with high quality...will always be looked upon as gold on the internet. Articles are what people searching for stuff online want to read. Why would google want to kill article marketing...? Makes no sense.

And I would rather create some killer content and have articles out there pointing to my adsense page that will make 10 times what any squidoo lens ever would.

I've been looking for ways to increase my Squidoo earnings and came across this post. Great ideas, and pretty much what I was looking for.

Then I notice your "competitive keyword" has 46 local searches a month. Probably rank that first page in a week with profile links.

So, does this work with real keywords?

Squidoo is a great place to start if you are new to internet marketing and i made my first buck through squidoo.
