Theme and Category keywords?

I wanna see if i got this right. Im gonna post an example below and you correct me if im wrong?

I followed the video and did the market running.

For my Main theme keyword it is: Train for 10k

For my category keywords it is:
5k schedule training
running training program
marathon training schedule
how many miles is 10k?

What do you guys think?

Looks like a decent start to me. You could even break those down a bit as well if you would like. For example, 5k schedule training could be training method a in detail, training method b in detail and so forth.

Hey, I would choose keywords that are more related to each other. The keywords you mentioned don't look like their relevancy is high enough, which can make it harder to rank for any of them.

For example, if your main "theme" keyword was "best cameras", then I would use secondary keywords like that: "best cameras of 2010", "the best cameras", "the best camera", etc. Just make them really closely related to the main keyword.

can i change a phrase keyword in any order? is that how u got those categorys?

There is a free tool i use which allows you to type in a keyword and it spits out questions people have typed into google. I generally use it for article ideas. Here's the link. You will have to sign up to use it more.
